This too shall pass, and the world including your world will adapt and there will be jobs and income for you in this new economy. Be adaptable and optimistic, both for your own sake and for others around you. Smile and breathe.
If you have to use credit, remember it is there to help you. Use it responsibly. Avoid making large charge and avoid getting cash advances. Try to stay current on payments, pay more than the monthly minimums if possible.
If you cannot even pay the monthly minimums, then speak to customer service and ask for a payment holiday. Make sure you get them to agree to waive late fees and reduce interest. However, be aware if you do ask for these concessions, the companies will likely reduce your credit line
